Returns and Exchange Policy - Hiro Beach House
At Hiro Beach House, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help with our straightforward returns and exchange policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
Returns Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process:

Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team via our Help Desk Chat or Returns Form to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions via email.

Package Items: Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship Items: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Receive Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 - 6 business days.
Exchange Process:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, simply follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
